Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a separate notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please ensure your email address and shipping address are entered correctly at checkout. Novo Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping Carriers
Novo Perfumes ships all orders via UPS or FedEx. The carrier used for your order is determined at our discretion based on your location and order details. We do not accommodate requests for a specific carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all qualifying orders over $150.00 before taxes, regardless of which shipping method you select. Carrier-calculated rates displayed at checkout will be waived in full for qualifying orders.
Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may be subject to additional carrier surcharges due to their remote locations. If your order is affected, we will contact you at the email provided at checkout before processing your shipment to confirm the adjusted shipping cost. You will have the option to accept the adjusted rate or cancel your order for a full refund.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase:
Ground Shipping — 3 to 7 business days
2-Day Air — 2 business days
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Novo Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, high volume periods, or any other circumstances outside of our control. Expedited shipping guarantees a faster dispatch priority but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping Destinations
Novo Perfumes ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number directly on the UPS or FedEx website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Insurance
Novo Perfumes does not offer shipping insurance. Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the package is in the carrier’s possession and Novo Perfumes is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages in transit. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Wait 24 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
- Check all entry points of your property and with all household members
- Check with neighbors in case the package was left nearby
- Contact UPS or FedEx directly to open a formal investigation
- Contact us at support@novoperfume.com only after completing the above steps, providing your order number and carrier investigation reference number
Novo Perfumes will cooperate with carrier investigations but bears no financial responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or lost after leaving our facility. We strongly recommend using a secure and monitored delivery address.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do the following immediately:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item before opening fully
- Contact us at support@novoperfume.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
- Do not discard the packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be reviewed. Novo Perfumes reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Novo Perfumes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@novoperfume.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct it before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
